What influences users’ continuance intention of internet wealth management services? A perspective from network externalities and herding

In recent years, more and wealth management platforms have adopted Internet (IWM) services to attract users. Due the intensive competition low switching costs, it is essential for enhance users’ willingness continue using IWM services. Comprehensively considering role of network externalities herding, this study identified factors affecting continuous intention service. The research model was tested survey data collected from 637 respondents concerning their perceptions results indicate that (network size, perceived complementarity, strength) significant impact on herding value, thus continuance intention. Furthermore, value a greater users with financial literacy than high literacy. This could benefit researchers seeking improve retention rates
